Kitchen philosophy
"Spontaneous cuisine, a blend of the traditional and the modern.“ This sums up our kitchen philosophy. We wish to captivate our guests with creative compositions, making a contribution towards their health.

Selection and placing orders
Our kitchen team have a wide selection of dishes to offer. You can choose from a number of menus and side orders every day. The selection is rounded off by dishes that change every week. If this choice doesn't appeal to you, you can choose something from the "À la carte" menu. You can find details about the complete range of dishes on offer and the arrangement for placing your order on the menu card, which is published every week. This is also available in French and Italian and is available in your room. Bear in mind that the order card for the next day must always be completed by 1 pm. The nursing staff will be happy to help you with that.

Service and meal times
Generally speaking, breakfast is served in the day room, while lunch and dinner are served in the "Casino".
Breakfast: work days from 7:30 to 9:30 am, Sundays and public holidays from 8:30 to 9:30 am.
Lunch: 12:00 to 12:45.
Dinner: 5:45 to 6:45 pm.
If medical reasons dictate the need for this, the meal will be served to you in your room.

Dining arrangement for visitors to the ICU
Visitors can buy meals in the SPC's restaurant. Furthermore, they can also eat meals on the ICU. They will be billed for this. Orders must be placed by 1:00 pm on the day before using the pink menu order card.

There will be catering staff on hand in the casinos to assist you. They will be happy to offer advice and help during the meal.

Special occasions
The cooking facilities in "casinos" 1 and 2 are at your disposal to use privately for special events from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, as well as from 7:00 to 9:30 pm. To reserve the facilities, please contact Events Coordination on extension 6000 (internal). You are responsible for ensuring that the room is then cleaned again.
There are refrigerators with locking compartments where patients may store their own food. We accept no liability for food hygiene and health & safety-related matters concerning food which is brought along, stored or prepared here.
