Whether physical limitations exist from birth or are caused by disease or accident, there are numerous options to use technical adaptations to compensate for them.  By planning and implementing adaptations with hand controls (push brake with a thumb touch accelerator, accelerator ring or a wireless accelerator and with an electronic steering system such as joysteer®) in production vehicle of all brands and types, we play our part in ensuring that mobility is improved or maintained. 

There are various options for loading a heavy wheelchair, scooter or Swiss Trac, for example by going through the side door into the passenger compartment by means of a cable hoist or by using a boot hoist to load it into the boot.

Making the transfer into the car easier When transferring from a wheelchair onto a car seat, a certain distance that often involves a difference in height needs to be overcome. Suitable aids, such as the “Turny Low” swivel seat, make the transfer easier.

Wheelchair users who are transported by vehicle or who drive themselves must be secured appropriately. Getting into a minibus or a wheelchair transporter is possible with an access ramp or a lifting platform. The wheelchair user is secured using a special backrest with an integrated or original seatbelt.
