According to the regulations of the Canton of Lucerne, patient visits to the Swiss Paraplegic Centre are no longer permitted until further notice.
We look forward to having you as a guest at the Swiss Paraplegic Centre (SPC). The SPC is Europe’s largest clinic for acute medicine and the rehabilitation and reintegration of people with spinal cord injuries. Around 1,100 specialists from 80 professional backgrounds provide comprehensive rehabilitation to patients with para- and tetraplegia.
As visitors, you contribute to the recovery of our patients by providing a moment of pleasure and fun during the everyday routine of rehabilitation.
Patients may receive visitors during the following visiting hours:
- 11 am – 8 pm in the Intensive Care Unit
- 11 am – 8 pm in patient rooms
- 11 am – 10 pm outside the patient rooms
Please contact the nursing staff to arrange for visitors to come outside the regular visiting hours.
Visitors are asked to eat meals in the restaurant, and to use the public toilets.
